What age is it for?
PostureSmart+ is designed to fit most children ages 4 and up.
Will it hurt my child?
No. The device does not force posture or apply pressure. It simply provides a gentle vibration reminder when slouching is detected.
Can my child wear it at school?
Yes. PostureSmart+ is lightweight and can be worn under clothing during school, homework, or screen time.
How long should it be worn?
Many families start with one to three hours per day during activities like studying, homework, or tablet use.
How long before we see results?
Because posture is a habit, improvement usually happens gradually over several weeks. Many parents notice their children becoming more aware of posture even when not wearing the device.
What if my child doesn't like it?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy on the Returns & Refunds page, or email support@posturesmart.org before sending anything back.
How fast do orders ship?
Shipping is a flat $10 USD per order. Orders usually leave our warehouse within one to two business days, and transit time depends on destination and carrier.
What warranty is included?
PostureSmart+ includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty help, email support@posturesmart.org with your order number and photos of the issue if possible, or visit our warranty page.
What is the return policy?
If you need to request a return, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How strong is the vibration?

The rechargeable battery lasts approximately 15 days on a single charge with typical daily use of 1–3 hours.
What sizes does it fit?
The adjustable strap fits chest sizes 25–53 inches and is best suited for older children and teens. Measure the chest, not age, for best fit.
