Warranty

PostureSmart+ includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

For warranty help, email support@posturesmart.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
